Senior Wafer Fabrication Section Lead for Etch Processes

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wafer Fabrication Section Lead for Etch Processes to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMSD) Department. The successful candidate will lead a team of process engineers responsible for maintaining and improving the wafer foundry's dry etch and wet etch chemical processes.
Key Responsibilities- Direct a team of process engineers to fabricate advanced microelectronic devices in accordance with various technology roadmaps.
- Review process changes, identify and champion process improvement opportunities, and work to improve process yields.
- Interface with operations management to ensure effective allocation of team resources.
- Work with the department manager on manpower and resource planning, controlling overhead costs, and developing employee performance reviews.
- Support management at the department, directorate, and functional leadership levels.
- Typically a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior work experience.
- Experience in semiconductor processing or process integration.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- A Master's degree or PhD in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) Field.
- Experience working with GaAs and/or GaN semiconductor processes.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process control and related SPC software.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer focus and collaboration skills.
- Project scheduling and management experience.
- Cost Account Manager experience and/or Task Leadership experience.
- Previous experience with a defense contractor and/or government agency.
- A competitive salary range of $118,000 - $246,000.
