Wafer Fabrication Etch Processes Section Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our semiconductor foundry engineering team in the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microelectronics processing techniques, specifically in III-V semiconductor processing and epitaxial materials, with a focus on GaAs and GaN semiconductor processes.
Key Responsibilities- Direct a team of skilled process engineers to maintain and improve dry etch and wet etch chemical processes
- Develop and implement process changes to improve process yields and interface with operations management
- Review and oversee project schedules and costs, and facilitate the effective allocation of team resources
- Work with the department manager on manpower and resource planning, controlling overhead costs, and developing employee performance reviews
- Support management at the department, directorate, and functional leadership levels
- Typically a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior work experience
- OR a Master's in STEM and 5 years of prior work experience
- OR a PhD in STEM and 3 years of prior work experience
- Experience in semiconductor processing or process integration
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
