**DirectedLink is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Advisor to join our team.**

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a qualified individual to work as a Residential Advisor in our crisis shelter and transitional living program. The successful candidate will have experience working with at-risk youth, be able to provide supervision and support, and be a positive adult role model.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide supervision and support to youth in the shelter, including overnight shifts.
  • Assess safety and prevent and manage crises.
  • Uphold programmatic policy and procedure, and document incidents.
  • Perform light cleaning and building maintenance tasks.
  • Be a positive adult role model and provide guidance to youth.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working with at-risk youth.
  • Experience in working overnight shifts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
  • Computer literate (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
