**DirectedLink is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Advisor to join our team.**
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a qualified individual to work as a Residential Advisor in our crisis shelter and transitional living program. The successful candidate will have experience working with at-risk youth, be able to provide supervision and support, and be a positive adult role model.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide supervision and support to youth in the shelter, including overnight shifts.
- Assess safety and prevent and manage crises.
- Uphold programmatic policy and procedure, and document incidents.
- Perform light cleaning and building maintenance tasks.
- Be a positive adult role model and provide guidance to youth.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working with at-risk youth.
- Experience in working overnight shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Computer literate (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
