Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in residential group homes. The LVN will perform general nursing procedures, behavior management, direct care and training as dictated by the individuals' health and behavioral care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nursing procedures as authorized within the scope of practice.
  • Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team and contribute to the development of the Individual Support Plan.
  • Function as lead staff on the shift and oversee DSPs and/or CNAs.
  • Provide active programming at all times.
  • Ensure adherence to standards, procedures and schedules established by their supervisor.
Requirements
  • Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving history.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Possess and maintain a valid, active license from the State of California to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Human Services field preferred.
