Job Summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Material Coordinator to join our Gas sector team. As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing material requirements and existing inventory for Gas Pipeline Integrity. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively seek status on deliveries from suppliers/vendors and expedite QC-QA inspection as needed.
* Coordinate delivery/pick-up with Material Handlers.
* Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure material requirements are staged.
* Coordinate trucking to ship material to the project site or laydown yard, or a pipeline contractor coordinates trucking.
* Proactively communicate with the planning project manager and/or project advisor, informing them of material requirements.
* Upload material traceability documentation to the department's SharePoint site for access by the High-Pressure Closeout Team during the reconciliation process.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of coordinator experience supporting gas utility projects required.
* Intermediate proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams required.
* Advanced proficiency using SAP highly preferred.
* Knowledge of high-pressure pipeline construction material (steel pipe, valves, fittings) and associated Material Traceability requirements.
* Knowledge of Company's Material Specifications (MSPs), Approved Manufacturers (AMs), and Gas Standards.

* Competitive pay rate of $32.00 per hour.
* Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days per week in the Valencia, CA office.
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S.A. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
* Ability to pass a pre-authorized physical including a drug-screening and background check.
