Job Title: Building Envelope Consultant
We are seeking a skilled Building Envelope Associate, Architect, or Engineer to join our team. As a Building Envelope Consultant, you will manage building envelope consulting projects and work directly with clients. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and effective communication skills will enable you to excel in this role. Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
- Condition assessments and material testing programs development.
- Repair design strategies preparation and implementation.
- Collaboration with design architects, structural engineers, conservators, testing labs, owners, owner representatives, and contractors.
- Building code interpretation and project specification review.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Engineering degree (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in faade assessments, CD's, and construction phase services.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Portland, ME focus with travel to job sites around Maine, New Hampshire, northern Massachusetts, and the greater Northeast.
