As a Transaction Advisory Services Tax Senior, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional tax advisory services to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing terms sheets, reviewing financial models, conducting buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, and providing tax-related transaction services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Deliver high-caliber client service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Tax Advisory: Provide tax advisory services, including analyzing financial models, conducting tax due diligence, and structuring tax services.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Three or more years of experience in taxation with a public accounting firm.
  • Education: Masters or other form of 150 college credit hours with requisite accounting-related courses.
  • Professional Certifications: CPA certificate or advanced professional degree preferred.
