Job Overview

We are currently seeking a First Article Inspection Analyst to join our aerospace division. This position is essential for generating AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and various dimensional inspection documents by accurately interpreting customer specifications, drawings, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple departments crucial to the production of precision-engineered products, working independently after training.
  • Utilize internal software and databases to collect necessary information.
  • Complete AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and other dimensional inspection documents with precision.
  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements effectively.
  • Engage and communicate with various teams, including Planning, Quality Planning, QC Inspection, and Delegated Source Inspection.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in First Article Inspection.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading.
  • Familiarity with GD&T terminology and symbols.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to the nature of the work.
