About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Director to join our team at ATN International. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, risk mitigation, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all treasury operations, including cash forecasting, disbursements, and intercompany obligations.
  • Develop and implement strategic finance initiatives, including financing and refinancing activities.
  • Lead special projects and ad hoc analysis, as requested.
  • Coordinate annual insurance renewal submissions and negotiate insurance coverages.
  • Manage request for COIs and indemnity solutions.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and Business Units to ensure contract terms align with insurance requirements.
  • Participate in the quarterly earnings process, including drafting releases, investor decks, and Q&A documents.
  • Develop and implement Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking, treasury, and/or investor relations.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) License preferred.
  • Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance preferred.
  • Familiarity with banking compliance reporting and hedging programs.
