Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and manage customer purchase orders for vehicle repairs
  • Schedule maintenance calls at customer request
  • Dispatch mobile technicians for roadside assistance

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Automotive/Diesel knowledge preferred, but not necessary
