Job Summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and prospects
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and meetings with decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of City Wide's services and solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
