Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott International Inc. in Bakersfield and Camarillo, California. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our hotels in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bakersfield and Camarillo markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region
- Collaborate with hotel teams to understand their sales needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Utilize sales and marketing tools to track and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in sales strategy meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
