Center for Elders' Independence is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrollment Development Representative I to join our Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting marketing events to increase awareness of our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) within an assigned geographical area.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing and Outreach: Conduct presentations and deliver promotional materials to various groups throughout the PACE service area to increase awareness and drive enrollment.
- Lead Generation: Produce self-generated qualified leads, schedule visitor tours, and conduct thorough follow-up with potential clients to facilitate enrollment in our programs.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain and report production results, daily/weekly/monthly, and keep accurate records to track individual productivity using implemented department systems.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to State and Federal laws and DHS regulations regarding marketing practices for Senior Care Services and CMS PACE Marketing Guidelines.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources within the PACE geographical service area.
- Community Engagement: Mail/deliver information about comprehensive health and social services to community-based organizations serving seniors within the PACE service area.
- Productivity Targets: Meet and/or exceed minimum productivity targets, including organizing and conducting a minimum of 2 events per month, 1 internal and 1 external.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field of study preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience is required.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and service recovery skills, impeccable communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Salesforce CRM and MS Office.
- Language: Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish; English/Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese; English/Vietnamese or other.
- Travel: Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 80% of the time to healthcare provider and agency sites, programs, and special functions.
Center for Elders' Independence is a PACE organization that uses an interdisciplinary team approach to care planning and care implementation for the purpose of providing high-quality, affordable, integrated health care services to the elderly, promoting autonomy, quality of life, and the ability of individuals to live in their communities.
