Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at Rock Dental Brands. As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical teams in delivering high-quality orthodontic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Orthodontist with patients to ensure the highest quality of care is provided, perform clinical and technical procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed Orthodontist.
  • Prepare patient operatory and equipment to assist the doctor during examination and ortho treatment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and parents to ensure clear understanding of treatment needs and plans.
  • Manage infection control procedures, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional patient care by maintaining awareness of comfort and safety needs of patients.
  • Document treatment rendered accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform general housekeeping and restocking as needed.
Requirements
  • Exceptional patient care skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • 1-2 years of Orthodontic assisting experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Respectful, dependable, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
