Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

We're seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to deliver exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you'll be empowered to take the initiative to create memorable experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, and protect company assets.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
