Snap-on Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our field-based sales team as a TECHKNOW Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing diagnostics sales and providing exceptional customer service to professional technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain a mobile TECHKNOW showroom van
  • Work with franchisees and company stores to increase diagnostics sales
  • Focus on the needs of professional technicians, from basic to advanced diagnostic solutions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Ability to learn and follow a process
  • Interest in developing and fostering ongoing relationships
  • Retail or sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in tools/mechanical and diagnostics aptitude (experience using diagnostics tools is preferred)
  • Ability to drive a 26,000 pound commercial vehicle
  • State driver's license that has been valid for the last 36 months, with no major violations, and no more than two minor violations in the three years prior to hire
