About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Administrator to join our team at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding mailing status, voting, and other inquiries and issues that may arise over the course of the project.
  • Work with a complex client base to plan proxy and interim distributions accurately and efficiently for both Registered and Beneficial shareholder base.
  • Develop strong client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) results.
  • Partner with other team members, as well as other departments, to continually add efficiency to our internal processes as well as to increase client satisfaction.
  • Appropriately communicate and escalate external client concerns in a timely manner to mitigate risk.
  • Update and monitor internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each campaign.
  • Solve problems with straightforward situations; analyze possible solutions using technical experience, sound judgment, and precedents.
  • Understand key business drivers; use this understanding to solve problems and advise clients accordingly.
  • Effectively participate or lead projects designed to improve client satisfaction and gain greater processing efficiencies.
  • Assist with the training and mentoring of Junior Associates to aid in self-development while strengthening the team.
  • Participate in annual departmental and cross-functional training to broaden industry knowledge and experience.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in a client service or client-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented, demonstrate the ability to multi-task, and have excellent time management skills.
  • Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to establish good personal and working relationships with clients.

  • Hourly rate: $29.00-$31.25 per hour depending on experience.
