Job Overview

We are a rapidly growing, locally owned insurance agency seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Morford Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and prospects, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Immediately greet all customers entering the office, providing a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Take premium payments from customers, ensuring accurate and secure transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inform customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A property and casualty license is preferred, but we will train the right individual.
  • Great customer service skills, with the ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
