Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process improvements that drive operational excellence and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement change management plans to support process changes
- Monitor and report on process performance metrics
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement or a related field
- Deep understanding of business processes and operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
