About the Role

As a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Michael Page, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and enhancing our client's manufacturing capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialized machining manufacturer that services customers in consumer, medical, and construction markets.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes related to product finishing, assembly, testing, packaging, and logistics.
Collaborate with teams at all levels to challenge existing practices and drive meaningful improvements.
Utilize lean tools such as 5S, KPIs, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Pareto analysis to implement process enhancements.
Plan and design layouts for optimal space utilization, workflow, and workforce efficiency.
Standardize processes and implement best practices along with performance metrics.
Develop training materials for technical processes, including robotics and manual machine interfaces.
Mentor and train employees on new processes and lean methodologies.

Competitive base salary: $100,000-$120,000 depending on experience
