Healthcare Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, specifically with 340B experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and quotas.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare and pharmacy sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services, with a focus on 340B program advantages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
- Strong understanding of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with healthcare providers, pharmacies, or healthcare organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of the 340B program and its impact on healthcare organizations.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to stay competitive.
