Sprezzatura Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Document Indexing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for organizing and indexing scanned documents, ensuring they are accurately and efficiently categorized for easy retrieval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Indexing: Index and categorize scanned documents accurately according to established guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Verify the quality and accuracy of scanned documents and make necessary adjustments.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and update the document indexing system to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to document scanning and indexing.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding document management.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
