About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Imaging Specialist to join our team at Access TCA. As an Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, index, and scan client documents according to specific requests.
  • Upload scanned documents to a third-party software.
  • Perform quality checks on scanned documents, detect errors, and determine their cause.
  • Conduct manual data entry for validation and verification.
  • Prepare materials, tapes, and boxes for confidential documents.
  • Process incoming orders using wireless scanning technology.
  • Perform other tasks and projects assigned by your Supervisor.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a service industry or warehouse environment.
  • The physical ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
