Adams Outdoor, a leading advertising platform, is seeking a driven and self-motivated Account Executive to support its sales team in Champaign. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in computer software and technology. The ideal candidate will also have a good working knowledge of marketing research and be willing to travel, if required.

Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission-based incentives.

Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling dynamic outdoor advertising campaigns to current and prospective clients. You will participate in the Adams Onboarding Program, designed to understand Out-of-Home Advertising and its power to drive effective return on investment. The program includes introduction to AOA's Best Practices, participation in the firmwide 'Lunch and Learn' program, assignment of a senior Mentor, and significant exposure to leadership in the Champaign market. Your initial compensation structure will consist of a fixed salary, transitioning to salary plus commissions over time. With demonstrated success, there are opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility, leadership positions, or transfers to other AOA markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience
• One to three years direct media or relevant sales experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with computer software and technology
• Good working knowledge of marketing research
• Willingness to travel, if required
