**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing bi-weekly/monthly payroll, maintaining and updating employee records, handling payroll-related inquiries, and reconciling vendor statements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee hours, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues.
  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll regulations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
