Certified Federal Credit Union is a top-rated financial institution seeking a talented Business Development Representative to expand our presence in Northern California.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by promoting new credit union membership, loan products, and other services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing members to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Travel extensively throughout Northern California to visit grocery stores and distribution centers, identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling credit union products and services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet performance goals.
  • Strong knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies is essential.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and sales skills, with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous experience in a financial institution or sales role is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $47,250, with additional incentives up to $42,750 based on performance. The role offers a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
