Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Application Specialist to join our team at UFS LLC. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our banking applications to ensure seamless integration and high availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues to ensure high availability and performance
  • Support upgrades, testing, and change plans for banking applications
  • Document programs and processes for operating systems, applications, and process improvement
  • Work with risk and security practices to ensure compliance and data protection
  • Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting and problem resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • ~3-5 years' experience with Microsoft SQL and IBM DB2
  • ~ MS Windows Server experience
  • Typical office environment
  • Travel - Approx 5%
