About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Dental Care of Grafton. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care to our patients, ensuring their oral health needs are met with compassion and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings, to identify and address oral health issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
