Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans to address these needs and promote patient well-being.
- Implementation and Evaluation: Implement care plans and evaluate patient progress. Make adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient-centered care.
- Education and Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advances in nursing care.
- Current CT RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing school with BSN preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS
- PACU and or ICU/ ED experience preferred
