Job Title: Sr. Manager, Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Manager of Operational Marketing and Sales Support to lead our marketing efforts, sales processes, and market analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the strategic marketing team to develop and implement operational marketing strategies that align with sales objectives, driving brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Sales Support and Process Optimization: Manage the creation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance sales processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of operational marketing and sales support specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Set performance objectives, KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, collect sales demand and forecast, providing strategic recommendations for growth and improvement. Prepare regular reports on team achievements, challenges, and opportunities for senior leadership.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the outside sales team and other functions (e.g., Operations and Finance), ensuring effective communication, alignment, and coordination of activities. Collaborate with IT and CRM teams to optimize systems and tools used by the sales team.
  • Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members on marketing materials, tools, and processes. Lead the onboarding of new sales team members, facilitating a smooth transition and integration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, sales support, or related roles, with 4+ years of managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Salesforce and SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Technical acumen or ability to understand and support complex product offerings.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a small team in a dynamic environment.
