About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of growth-focused campaigns across our marketing channels. As a key member of the Amazon Photos team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the ongoing planning, optimization, and execution of a subset of Amazon Photos paid marketing channels.
  • Create, implement, and lead optimizations on campaigns across multiple network channels.
  • Analyze and communicate marketing performance to stakeholders, including key learnings and best practices.
  • Work closely with Photos product marketing and product teams to support new feature launches and internal partnership opportunities.
  • Partner with internal Amazon teams to advance measurement and understanding of ROI.

About the Team

Amazon Photos helps consumers preserve and relive their memories. The service comes with unlimited photo storage for Prime members and is available on various platforms. We have ambitious goals to scale growth and adoption of the service around the world and delight our customers with a great product.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process.
