Job Summary

ESC is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support our premier client's video channel marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. This is a 6-month contract role that offers a bird's eye view of the entertainment industry and collaboration with high-level subscription partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive marketing programs to build subscriptions on channel awareness and adoption, providing analysis and reporting for various teams
  • Plan and deliver acquisition campaigns, including outbound campaigns and storefront placements across platforms
  • Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, including price promotion and title-level campaigns, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance, and providing actionable insights to the greater team
  • Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' relevant industry experience
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Project management/program management/producer experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Analytical experience
  • Strong writing skills
