We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Steward/Dishwasher. As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the dishwashing area, storage rooms, and other areas as assigned.
  • Operate the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes, glassware, and other items.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, as needed.
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and the overall success of the hotel.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
