We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Steward/Dishwasher. As a member of our culinary team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the dishwashing area, storage rooms, and walk-in refrigerators.
  • Operate the dishwasher and ensure that all dishes, glassware, and silverware are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed, including china, hot plates, and glassware.
  • Assist in the breakdown of banquet functions and wash dishes as needed.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors and/or managers.

Requirements

  • Able to accommodate a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/or holidays.
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
