Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Parking Attendant team.
  • Manage employee schedules, task assignments, and professional development.
  • Assess employee performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct annual evaluations.
  • Monitor work activities to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Recommend enhancements to existing standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee budget management.
  • Lead the creation of new programs and policies related to event parking operations as necessary.
  • Manage parking operations for various locations.
  • Design and implement staff training modules, including comprehensive job orientation and ongoing training to ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills for processes and personnel.
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and solve problems.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while fostering teamwork.
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and crisis situations.
  • Skilled in delivering workshops, training, and outreach initiatives.
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly the Google platform.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing vehicle flow and parking operations.
  • Preferred college degree.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
