As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to design and implement comprehensive training programs, focusing on guest service excellence, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Supervise daily operations at Skylodge and Powder Landing, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining top-tier quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor staff, providing continuous feedback and coaching to enhance their professional development and performance.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, team productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry developments to refine training and operational strategies, ensuring Powder Mountain remains at the forefront of exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in restaurants, preferably in elevated or fine dining settings.
- Culinary Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as pairing recommendations.
- Leadership: Previous experience in a front-of-house restaurant leadership role, with a proven track record of exceptional guest service and team management.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds, with frequent stooping, bending, and walking in varying weather conditions.
- Availability: Willingness and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and be present for the demands of the ski season.
