Job Title: Therapeutic Behavior Support Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Behavior Support Staff to join our team at FTC Kids. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting and implementing learner care plans within our school/community/afterschool programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct learner care in one-on-one and group settings, adhering to our FTC Kids Way behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data based on observable learner behavior, utilizing sound judgment and seeking consultation from supervisors as needed.
  • Assist Behavior Analysts and Therapeutic Behavior Support Staff with behavior assessments and skills acquisition, as well as prepare learner materials.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare or pediatrics in school/community/afterschool programs working with children.
  • Ability to obtain RBT Certification within 6 months of start date, if not already certified.
  • Weekday availability and proficiency in written and spoken English.
