Job Title: Training Support Specialist

At PULAU, we are seeking a highly skilled Training Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Army National Guards (ARNG) Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) program at the Camp Ripley, MN location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Training Center and daily operations, including scheduling training and serving as a liaison with military units.
  • Maintain up-to-date utilization and training status reports, and prepare and submit monthly utilization reports.
  • Assist in establishing a unit training program, monitor unit training performance, and conduct safety checks on equipment.
  • Perform warehouse operations, including processing transactions, receiving and issuing equipment, and conducting inventory.
  • Utilize Training Support-Material Army-wide Tracking System (TS-MATS) and other software to track training and equipment.
Requirements:
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Prior military experience preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in training support center operations
  • Valid Drivers License is Required
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member
  • Working knowledge/understanding of military protocol/chain of command
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Possess professional demeanor and attitude
  • Ability to work cooperatively with military and civilian work forces
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
