Senior Property Accountant Job Description

Pikemann LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our team in downtown Seattle. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process, maintaining our accounting system, and providing accurate accounting information to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments and reporting in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Maintain the organization's accounting system, uploading bank activity, credit card activity, and accounts payable information.
  • Reconcile all bank accounts, including checking, security deposits, and mortgage escrow accounts.
  • Process intercompany reconciliations of expenses and payments between the organization and its affiliated entities.
  • Support the Controller by providing accurate accounting information and assisting with ad hoc reporting requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and track deliverables in a dynamic environment.
Compensation:

$90,000 - $105,000 per year.
