SUMMARY:

Havtech LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to take on the role of Operations Leader. This position entails managing the distribution and logistics across various branches in the Maryland, Virginia, and Pittsburgh regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct logistics and distribution by establishing essential processes and overseeing operations.
  • Administer pricing structures and product documentation.
  • Monitor vendor claims and manage rebate reporting.
  • Evaluate inventory levels, minimize inefficiencies, and adjust stock according to client needs.
  • Leverage market insights to identify potential new product offerings.
  • Establish optimal stock levels and streamline purchasing processes.
  • Analyze sales metrics to develop accurate inventory forecasts.
  • Lead inventory management initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and pricing strategies.
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Enhance Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ensure operational excellence to deliver outstanding customer service.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role includes supervisory duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years in operations management.
  • Experience in the HVAC sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft GP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to build relationships and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • High standards of integrity and confidentiality.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The employee must be capable of sitting, using hands, reaching, and lifting weights up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The typical work environment is quiet.
