Master's Level Program Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Level Program Coordinator to join our EmPATH team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will provide non-hospital facility-based services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including reports, scheduling, and training.
- Supervise designated employees and provide clinical direction while on site and after hours as needed.
- Meet with clients and treatment teams as clinically indicated.
- Facilitate referral-related activities to link clients with needed services.
- Complete assessments and therapy as needed.
- Ensure clinically appropriate activities are occurring on the unit.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in a health-related field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work.
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses, preferably in a crisis setting.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Certification in verbal de-escalation techniques and CPR/First Aid.
Work Environment:
- Typical work week includes two 12-hour shifts or 10-hour shifts, with flexibility to ensure coverage.
- This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business.
