About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director - Senior Vice President to lead our volleyball enterprise within AEG, including the existing properties, and scale into new markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading sports and entertainment company and drive growth in the volleyball industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Efficiently and profitably oversee the operations of the SCC and future volleyball initiatives/properties, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clubs/teams, partners, and vendors to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Contract Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contracts that deliver against our goals and are financially sound, ensuring maximum value for AEG.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of full-time and flex staff to effectively run the day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Best Practices: Oversee and create best practices for the volleyball properties, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of the business.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in high-level sports/athletic administration, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to manage a sports league, including teams/clubs, operations, and venue coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, flexible, and able to solve problems effectively.
  • Volleyball experience required, with a deep understanding of the sport and its operations.
What We Offer
