We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs that support the achievement of our business objectives. This will include:

  • Developing and executing HR plans that align with our company's mission and vision
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to our executive team on HR-related matters
  • Leading the HR function to ensure effective talent acquisition, development, and retention
  • Collaborating with our Total Rewards Manager to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Championing our company culture and values, and ensuring that they are embedded in all aspects of our business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role
  • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and lead initiatives
Working Conditions

This role is based in our Seal Beach, CA headquarters, and requires occasional travel to other locations. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in response to changing business needs.
