**Job Summary**

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide members with professional, high-quality service and assist as needed with the Interactive Teller Machines.
  • Offer members accurate information regarding credit union products and services, and refer them to the appropriate person or department if unable to provide the information requested.
  • Process transactions to member accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Open accounts and process consumer loans to ensure members are well served and to best meet organizational goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent and previous experience working in a financial institution or service or sales-related capacity.
  • Working knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office and Windows programs.
  • Detailed knowledge of the credit union and its services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
  • Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance and have proper business telephone etiquette.
  • Exhibits above-average performance accuracy, productivity, and member service.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive starting wage range of $16.25 per hour, increasing based on experience and qualifications.
  • The equivalent of $11.00 per hour in benefits, including a 401(k) employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of up to 4% of annual salary, a generous employer HSA contribution, and paid time off for community service.

**Work Environment**

This role will work a varied schedule, including multiple Saturdays per month.
