Position Overview

Engineers Construction, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Laborer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the heavy civil construction sector. Candidates should possess technical expertise, including a solid understanding of heavy construction, pipeline installation, layout, blueprint interpretation, and fundamental mechanical skills. A valid driver's license is essential, and having a CDL is advantageous. Additional certifications such as forklift operation, OSHA training (10 or 30 hours), Rigging/Signalman, and HazWOper are also beneficial.

The ECI Trenchless Technologies division offers a variety of trenchless construction solutions to clients across the Northeast. Our methods encompass Horizontal Directional Drilling, Pipe Ramming, Auger Boring, Pipe Bursting, and Tunneling. While experience in these construction techniques is highly regarded, it is not mandatory, as ECI is committed to providing necessary training for suitable candidates, including pathways to advance to an operator role.

  • Location: Primarily in New England and New York
  • Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour, based on experience
  • Benefits: Health & Dental Insurance, 401k, Profit Sharing, Vacation
  • Work Hours: Typically 45 to 55 hours per week
