Behavioral Health Specialist

Arbor Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a BHT, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance throughout their treatment program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients
- Observe and report patient behavior
- Foster a safe and supportive environment
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement client care plans
Requirements:
- 21+ years old
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in the substance abuse/addiction treatment field (desirable)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Weekend availability required
