Job OverviewAs a PRN Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist with Psychiatric Medical Care LLC, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to older adults in a geriatric intensive outpatient environment. Your focus will be on the 3Cs: Care, Community, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team to provide therapeutic services, including group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
  • Participate in community education to promote the importance of behavioral health for older adults.
  • Work with the program team to facilitate treatment team meetings, develop patient-centered treatment plans, and ensure compliant documentation.
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by the Program Director.


Requirements
  • Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state.
  • Ability to work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for patients.
