Primary Duties:

  • Oversee cargo handling in ports to enhance operational efficiency
  • Establish and nurture relationships with port authorities, suppliers, agents, and surveyors
  • Maximize vessel turnaround and voyage-related processes in port environments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marine studies or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in port operations, particularly in the relevant region
  • Background in chemical tankers in a deck officer capacity
  • Proficient in IT applications
  • Extensive knowledge of international regulations and primary chemical commodities
  • Familiarity with operational procedures and local compliance standards
