Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping and laundry staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and workflows to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer preferences and complaints
  • Evaluate and improve workflow and distribution of work among team members
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules for team members
  • Assist with training and development of team members
  • Perform inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness
  • Stay up-to-date with cleaning chemicals and processes
  • Assist with weekend management as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years managing staff, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and laundry operations preferred
