Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of housekeeping and laundry staff to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and workflows to ensure efficient use of resources
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer preferences and complaints
- Evaluate and improve workflow and distribution of work among team members
- Maintain accurate records and schedules for team members
- Assist with training and development of team members
- Perform inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Stay up-to-date with cleaning chemicals and processes
- Assist with weekend management as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three years managing staff, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and laundry operations preferred
