The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and operation of Silver Maples, maintaining its excellent culture, staff, and general operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the Operating and Capital Expenditure Budget for the community
  • Maintaining full responsibility for efficient operations and compliance
  • Representing and advocating the concerns and interests of the management team, team members, and residents
  • Maintaining professional competencies and relationships in management and resident care
